These files are Microsoft Installer modules, and have been prepared for Windows XP
To download the files right click on the links and use the "Save As" option to place them in a directory of your choice.
To install the programs double click on the entry in Explorer. This will install all the files needed for that program.
The race start program will be placed in the directory under program files - RaceStart.
